Where we sell
Punelia is operated from Germany and ships to customers in Australia only. Wherever you live, the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies to your order in full and is not affected by anything in our terms.
Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, please write to support@punelia.com first — almost everything is settled within a day. Australian customers can also contact the consumer protection agency in their state or territory, or the ACCC at accc.gov.au.
We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not do so.
